Express air

On the next uplift that fits.

Use air when the shipment is time-bound: samples, spares, retail drops, or documents that have to clear before a meeting. We book the flight, tender the pieces, and post the departure on your waybill.

  • Door-to-door or airport-to-airport
  • Single cartons through palletised freight
  • Status from acceptance to arrival

Ocean freight

The long lane, still on the trace.

Containers move slower, and that is the point. ICON plans the receiving window, the cut-off, and the discharge so the warehouse at the other end is not guessing.

  • Full container and shared loads
  • Port-to-port or port-to-door
  • Vessel departure and arrival on the same page as parcels

Door delivery

The address is a person.

After the hub, a courier runs the last miles. The waybill stays open until someone at the address takes the carton.

  • Collection from the shipper
  • Residential and business delivery
  • Signature recorded on the trace

Sort and storage

A hold with a reason.

Freight waits when flights, vessels, or paperwork are not ready. Our sort halls keep that wait visible: received, held, released.

  • Cross-dock between pickup and departure
  • Short storage before a sailing
  • Piece counts checked on the floor

Pack and prepare

Ready for the lane you booked.

A carton that fails at the airline counter loses the day. We pack, weigh, and label to the service you chose, then photograph the piece count when you need it.

  • Export packing for parcels and samples
  • Weight and dimensions on the waybill
  • Labels that match the booking

Customs papers

The file travels with the freight.

Most delays are paper, not aircraft. The desk prepares the commercial invoice and packing list with the shipment, and stays available when customs asks a follow-up.

  • Invoice and packing list checked against the pieces
  • Clear description of the goods
  • Desk support while the entry is open
