A packed carton ready for an international shipment

The company

The arrow is the job.

ICON International Courier exists to move a shipment forward and keep the record attached to it. The mark on our logo — navy, a red arrow, a gold line — is the whole brief: identity, direction, and speed.

We book parcels, documents, and freight on the same desk. Air when the clock is short. Ocean when the load is heavy. A courier at the door when the address is a person, not a port.

Shippers stay with us because the waybill does not change hands in silence. Collection, uplift, customs, and delivery are events on one trace.

Fast. Reliable. Worldwide.

Three words under the mark, and the way we work

Fast

Express air is booked against a real uplift, not a slogan. The desk gives you a collection window and an ETA you can plan around.

Reliable

Labels, weight, and papers are checked before the carton is tendered. If a handoff slips, the status says so.

Worldwide

Gateways and ocean routes connect the same waybill, whether the next scan is a hub, a vessel, or a front door.

The network

Built around handoffs

A shipment is only as good as the next person who touches it. ICON’s desks sit at the points that usually go quiet: the warehouse door, the airline counter, the port, and the delivery round.

How we stay with a job

One number from the first call.

You do not get a new reference every time the shipment changes vehicles. The ICON waybill is the reference for pickup, the carrier, customs, and the person who signs.

Open Track with that number. The desk record shows booking, the latest status, and each scan through to delivery.
